    Press your VersaPrintz Transfer for 6 seconds: 325°F for cotton/50–50, or 275°F for polyester. Use medium pressure (40–45 psi for air press). Cool 20 seconds, then press 6 seconds again.

What is the minimum I can order?

No Minimum Order. You can order JUST ONE or as many as you want!

What kind of press do I need?

It is best to use a simple hobby or industrial heat press, which automatically applies heat and pressure. In a pinch, you can even use a clothes iron (with you manually applying the pressure).

What sizes are available?

We have sizes from 2"x2" up to 22" wide x 8 feet long

How do transfers hold up in the wash?

We have vigorously tested our VersaPrintz Transfers on a variety of garments. We literally just wash on normal cycle and dry on normal heat.

What are your shipping times?

Order by 1 PM Tue–Fri and we’ll ship your order the next day by noon. Orders placed Sat–Mon ship on Tuesday at 3 PM. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Artwork Note: Delays only occur if your submitted design isn’t print-ready. We’ll contact you to fix it, or you can have our designers create print-ready artwork from the start for perfect VersaPrintz results.

What file format should my artwork be?

All files should be PNG, 300 DPI, with a transparent background. Need help? Our designers can create or convert your artwork for perfect VersaPrintz results. Visit our ORDER ARTWORK ONLY page for details.

How will my transfers arrive?

VersaPrintz transfers are printed together on a roll and shipped in a secure envelope, tube, or elongated box. A link to our application instructions is included. We do not separate individual designs for safer shipping — simply cut them apart with scissors

What is a VersaPrintz Transfer?

VersaPrintz Transfers combine the best of several garment printing methods. They’re printed on-demand like DTG (direct-to-garment), but onto a clear release film, similar to Digital Print & Cut. The inks and transfer process give a feel like screen printing. VersaPrintz Transfers use a modern DTF (direct-to-film) process: printed on-demand onto clear film, with inks and a feel similar to screen printing.

How long has the Versaprintz Transfers company been around?

VersaPrintz, founded in 2022, is the newest branch of a trusted garment printing company in operation since March 2006. Because the printing technology behind VersaPrintz Transfers is new, VersaPrintz was created to meet the growing demand for this modern printing technology.

What is your satisfaction and refund policy?

VersaPrintz Reprint & Refund Policy

Versaprintz does not offer Refunds.

We will reprint any order with print quality or adherence issues. For example, if the wrong size is printed (e.g., your art is 10x10 inches and we print 9x9 inches) or the colors don't match the approved artwork (e.g., yellow printed as orange), we will fix and reprint/reship when provided proof of the issue... but, for instance, if the yellow we print from your art is too yellow or not yellow enough, that is an issue we have NO CONTROL OVER unless we actually create the artwork, and would therefore not be liable nor would we get a different result if it were reprinted.

Important: If your order was printed exactly as you approved — including size, spelling, or design — we cannot offer to reprint. We also cannot reprint if the file you provided is low-quality or contains errors.

Requests: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a reprint. Requests for other reasons must be approved by management.

Heat pressing instructions in 3 easy steps

  • Place

    Position your VersaPrintz Transfer on top of your product

  • Press

    Press with medium pressure for 6 seconds. We recommend 325 Degrees F for cotton or 50/50 garments, and 275°F for 100% polyester apparel.

  • Peel

    Let the VersaPrintz Transfer cool for 20 seconds and peel. Then use a teflon sheet to cover print and press again for 6 seconds.
