Refund policy

Satisfaction & Reprint Policy

Because DTF transfers are custom-made specifically for your order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

We stand behind the quality and accuracy of our printing. If we make a printing error or your transfers have a print-quality or adherence issue caused by our production process, we will reprint and reship the affected transfers at no additional charge.

Examples of issues we will correct include:

  • Your artwork was approved at 10" × 10", but we printed it at 9" × 9".
  • The printed transfer is materially different from the artwork you approved.
  • A production or print-quality issue prevents the transfer from adhering properly when our application instructions are followed.

Artwork & Color

We print from the artwork you provide and approve. We cannot guarantee that printed colors will exactly match how colors appear on a phone, computer monitor, or other screen.

If a color is printed incorrectly because of an error in our production process—for example, artwork containing yellow is mistakenly printed orange—we will correct the issue.

However, differences in color shade or appearance that result from the submitted artwork, screen display, file quality, or other characteristics of customer-provided artwork are not considered printing errors. Reprinting the same artwork would generally produce the same result.

If Versaprintz creates or modifies the artwork for you, we will be responsible for printing the final approved artwork accurately.

Customer-Approved Artwork

Please carefully review your artwork before approving or submitting your order. If your transfers are printed exactly as approved, we cannot provide a free reprint for errors contained in the approved artwork, including:

  • Incorrect spelling or wording
  • Incorrect size or dimensions
  • Design or layout errors
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork
  • Incorrect information contained in the submitted file

Reprint Requests

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving it and provide photos or other reasonable proof showing the issue.

Approved reprints will be produced and reshipped at no additional charge.

Requests outside of this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by management.
