Any heat press works perfectly. For best results, set your press to 325°F for cotton or 50/50 garments, or 275°F for polyester, and press for 6 seconds with medium pressure. You can also use an iron or a Cricut to apply your VersaPrintz transfers.

We have tested our transfers on a variety of garments with both washer and dryer tests. The ink will never run off the transfers onto garments and we have performed up to 50 wash tests before degradation.

Order by 1 PM Tue–Fri and we’ll ship your order the next day by noon. Orders placed Sat–Mon ship on Tuesday at 3 PM. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Artwork Note: Delays only occur if your submitted design isn’t print-ready. We’ll contact you to fix it, or you can have our designers create print-ready artwork from the start for perfect VersaPrintz results.

VersaPrintz Reprint & Refund Policy

Versaprintz does not offer Refunds.We will reprint any order with print quality or adherence issues. For example, if the wrong size is printed (e.g., your art is 10x10 inches and we print 9x9 inches) or the colors don't match the approved artwork (e.g., yellow printed as orange), we will fix and reprint/reship when provided proof of the issue... but, for instance, if the yellow we print from your art is too yellow or not yellow enough, that is an issue we have NO CONTROL OVER unless we actually create the artwork, and would therefore not be liable nor would we get a different result if it were reprinted.

Important: If your order was printed exactly as you approved — including size, spelling, or design — we cannot offer to reprint. We also cannot reprint if the file you provided is low-quality or contains errors.

Requests: Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a reprint. Requests for other reasons must be approved by management.
